Install Instructions

Installing the launcher is rather easy!

Windows Installation

  1. Once you have downloaded the launcher, put it in its own folder somewhere that you can access easily. This is needed because the launcher does not operate like the regular Minecraft Launcher where you're able to install it. Instead, it puts all of its needed and eventually downloaded files into its root directory.
  2. Once you've placed the launcher in its own folder, double-click the file to launch it. Depending on your computer's security settings, and the program's digital certificate, you may get a warning that it's an untrusted program. If this happens, there's an easy fix:
    1. First exit the dialog or window that popped up
    2. Right-click on the launcher, click Open (while this may seem the same as double-clicking, it actually tells Windows that you really want to use it)
    3. Depending on your OS version, another dialog may come up. If it does, click the option that confirms you do want to use it
  3. With the launcher open, you will see that there is a entry on the left hand side named "Magikcraft Pack". Click this once. On the bottom right, you will see a "Launch / Download" button. Click this to begin the download process.
